1. 适用范围
本隐私政策适用于碎语（VoiceBits，以下简称“本应用”）及网站 voicebits.appcodings.com。如你不同意本政策，请勿使用本应用。
2. 我们不收集什么
我们不要求你创建账号，不运行广告，也不在本应用或网站中使用第三方行为跟踪器。我们不收集、上传或存储以下内容：
- 你的录音或音频片段；
- 语音转写文本、日记、待办、标题、摘要、标签或模板内容；
- 通讯录、精确位置、照片或其他与本应用核心功能无关的数据；
- 用于跨应用或跨网站跟踪你的标识符。
3. 本地处理与存储
本应用的核心语音转写、自然语言分析、整理与标签功能在你的设备上处理。你的录音和生成的文本保存在你的设备本地，不会发送至我们运营的服务器。设备和系统是否支持某些本地能力，可能因机型、系统版本、语言及地区而异。
你选择的应用界面语言作为偏好保存在本应用的本地存储中，仅用于显示你选择的语言，不会发送到设备外。
删除应用、删除应用内内容或清除设备可能导致本地数据永久丢失。请在执行这些操作前自行导出需要保留的内容。
4. 权限
本应用仅在你主动使用相关功能时请求必要的系统权限：
- 麦克风：用于录制你主动创建的语音片段。
- 语音识别：如系统要求，用于在设备上将语音转换为文字。
- 文件或分享访问：仅在你主动导入、导出或分享内容时使用。
你可随时在 iOS“设置”中更改权限。关闭权限可能使对应功能无法使用。
5. 订阅与支付
付费订阅由 Apple 通过 App Store 和你的 Apple ID 处理。我们不会收到或保存你的完整支付卡信息。Apple 可能向开发者提供与交易相关的有限信息（例如产品、订阅状态、国家或地区以及匿名交易标识），用于验证购买、恢复订阅和提供已购权益。Apple 对其处理的数据适用 Apple 自己的隐私政策。
6. 网站
本网站不设置用于广告、用户画像或跨站跟踪的 Cookie，也不嵌入第三方分析工具。与大多数网站托管服务相同，基础设施提供商可能为了安全、可靠性和防止滥用而自动处理有限的技术日志，例如 IP 地址、请求时间、浏览器类型和访问路径。我们不使用这些日志建立个人画像或投放广告，其保留期限由相关基础设施的安全与运营设置决定。

本应用不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。由于我们不运营账号或内容服务器，我们不会接收应用内录音或笔记。如果你认为儿童通过支持邮件向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们，我们会在合理核实后删除。
9. 数据安全与跨境处理
你的应用内容保留在设备上，并受 iOS 与你启用的设备安全措施保护。请使用设备密码等安全功能。若你主动通过其他应用导出或分享内容，后续处理受接收方条款约束。发送支持邮件时，邮件服务商可能按其服务方式在不同地区处理你提供的信息。
10. 你的选择与权利
你可以在应用内查看、编辑、导出和删除本地内容，也可以在系统设置中撤回权限。对于你通过支持邮件提供的信息，你可联系我们请求访问、更正或删除；在适用法律允许的范围内，我们会核实并处理请求。由于我们不持有你的本地内容，我们无法代你访问、导出或删除这些内容。
11. 政策更新
我们可能因功能、法律或运营方式变化更新本政策。新版本会发布在此页面并修改顶部日期。重大变化将在合理可行的范围内通过应用或网站提示。

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to VoiceBits (the “App,” also known as 碎语) and voicebits.appcodings.com. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
2. What We Do Not Collect
We do not require an account, run advertising, or use third-party behavioral trackers in the App or on this website. We do not collect, upload, or store:
- Your recordings or audio snippets;
- Transcripts, journals, tasks, titles, summaries, tags, or template content;
- Contacts, precise location, photos, or other data unrelated to the App's core functions; or
- Identifiers used to track you across apps or websites.
3. On-Device Processing and Storage
The App's core speech transcription, natural-language analysis, organization, and tagging features are processed on your device. Your recordings and generated text remain in local storage and are not sent to servers operated by us. Availability of particular on-device capabilities may vary by device, system version, language, and region.
Your chosen App interface language is stored as an App-only preference on your device. It is used only to display the language you select and is not sent off-device.
Deleting the App, removing content within the App, or erasing your device may permanently delete local data. Export anything you wish to keep before taking these actions.
4. Permissions
The App requests only permissions needed for features you choose to use:
- Microphone: to record voice snippets you intentionally create.
- Speech Recognition: when required by the system, to turn speech into text on your device.
- Files or sharing access: only when you choose to import, export, or share content.
You can change permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Disabling a permission may make the related feature unavailable.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and your Apple ID. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Apple may make limited transaction information available to developers—such as the product, subscription status, country or region, and an anonymous transaction identifier—to validate purchases, restore subscriptions, and deliver purchased access. Apple's own privacy policy applies to data Apple processes.
6. Website
This website does not set cookies for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking and does not embed third-party analytics. As with most hosted websites, infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical logs—such as IP address, request time, browser type, and requested path—for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. We do not use these logs to profile individuals or serve ads. Retention is determined by the relevant infrastructure's security and operational settings.
7. Sharing and Sale of Data
We do not sell or rent personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Because core content is not uploaded to our servers, we cannot access, disclose, or recover your recordings and notes. We may respond to a valid legal request only where required by law and only for information we actually possess.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not operate accounts or content servers, we do not receive in-App recordings or notes. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us by support email, contact us and we will delete it after reasonable verification.
9. Security and International Processing
Your App content stays on your device and is protected by iOS and the security measures you enable. Please use safeguards such as a device passcode. If you export or share content through another app, the recipient's terms govern further handling. When you send support email, email providers may process the information you provide in different regions as part of delivering their services.
10. Your Choices and Rights
You can view, edit, export, and delete local content in the App and withdraw permissions in system settings. For information you provide through support email, you may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion; we will verify and respond as applicable law requires. Because we do not possess your local content, we cannot access, export, or delete it for you.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our features, legal obligations, or operations change. We will post the revised version here and change the date above. Where reasonably practicable, material changes will also be noted in the App or on the website.
